    User Safety Guide and Precautions

Trenvl provides the following safety rules and precautions for safe and enjoyable travel, medical tourism, and experiences.

    1. General Safety Guidelines

This safety guide applies to all services booked and used through the Trenvl platform, including hotels, tours, medical/beauty services, vehicles, guides, and experiences. When actually using services, please be sure to check the detail pages of each product, vouchers, and individual instructions from partners.

    • Users must comply with this safety guide and the safety rules of each partner (hotel, hospital, tour operator, etc.).
    • Travel itineraries, treatments, and experience content should be carefully selected considering individual health conditions, age, and physical fitness.
    • Trenvl is responsible for booking and providing information through the platform, and each partner is the direct operator of on-site services.

    2. Pre-Travel Preparations

    • Check your passport, visa, flight tickets, travel itinerary, accommodation information, and insurance coverage in advance.
    • If you have any medical conditions (cardiovascular, respiratory, allergies, pregnancy, etc.), be sure to consult with your doctor before traveling and undergoing treatments.
    • Prepare sufficient essential medications, first-aid supplies, glasses/contact lenses, and personal hygiene items.
    • Travel insurance is recommended for overseas travel, and if medical/beauty treatments are included, check whether related special coverage is available.

    3. General Safety Rules During Travel

    • Always pay close attention to your surroundings and avoid visiting deserted areas late at night.
    • Keep valuables such as cash, passports, and cards distributed separately, and it is safe to store them in the hotel safe or at the front desk.
    • Wear seat belts when using local transportation and avoid using vehicles with speeding or without safety equipment.
    • Please refrain from traveling alone, swimming, or participating in high-difficulty activities after drinking.
    • Respect local laws, culture, and customs, and do not engage in actions that may constitute illegal acts.

    4. Tour & Activity Precautions

    • Be sure to follow the safety instructions of guides and tour leaders (meeting times, routes, dress code, equipment wearing, etc.).
    • For outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and water sports, decide whether to participate considering weather conditions and personal fitness.
    • When necessary, be sure to wear safety equipment such as helmets, life jackets, and protective gear.
    • Leaving designated areas or acting against the instructions of guides or tour leaders can increase the risk of accidents, so please refrain from doing so.
    • If you have specific conditions such as acrophobia, heart disease, or pregnancy, please refrain from participating in high-risk activities.

    5. Medical & Beauty Treatment Precautions

Medical and beauty reservations are directly related to personal health, so please be sure to check the following.

    • Before treatment, be sure to receive sufficient information about the hospital or clinic's qualifications, specialist status, treatment explanation, and side effect guidance.
    • Be sure to accurately inform medical staff of important health information such as existing conditions, medications being taken, allergies, and possibility of pregnancy.
    • Receive guidance on recovery period after treatment, possibility of side effects, and precautions (restrictions on alcohol, smoking, exercise, etc.) and comply with them.
    • Treatment results may vary depending on individual constitution and lifestyle, and aesthetic satisfaction may vary according to personal subjectivity.
    • Trenvl does not directly provide medical services, and the final responsibility for medical and treatment acts lies with the relevant medical institution.

    6. Vehicle & Guide Service Safety Rules

    • Wear seat belts in all seats when boarding a vehicle.
    • Board and exit only at designated locations according to the driver's or guide's instructions.
    • Refrain from talking loudly or behaving in a way that interferes with driving inside the vehicle while moving.
    • Manage your personal belongings yourself, and be careful not to leave valuables in the vehicle when exiting.
    • Guides play a role in providing travel information and helping with itinerary operation, and cannot fully guarantee all safety of travelers.

    7. Response to Accidents and Emergency Situations

    • In case of an accident or emergency, immediately notify the guide, local staff, or hotel front desk first.
    • If necessary, it is recommended to check in advance the contact information of local emergency medical institutions, police stations, and embassies (or consulates).
    • If you have travel insurance, contact the insurance company's call center immediately for guidance.
    • If you contact the Trenvl Customer Center, we will assist with communication and guidance with local partners to the extent possible.

    8. Trenvl's Role and Liability Limitations

    • Trenvl is an online platform that provides intermediary and booking systems for services provided by partners such as hotels, tours, medical institutions, vehicle companies, and guides.
    • The actual provider of on-site services is each partner, and the primary responsibility for service quality, safety, and itinerary operation lies with the partner.
    • However, the company does its best to manage partners and provide information for the safety and protection of users' rights, and in case of problems, supports within a reasonable range according to relevant laws and terms.

    9. Other Information and Changes

This safety guide may be revised according to service improvements, legal changes, and changes in local circumstances. If there are important changes, we will notify you in advance through service announcements.
