Unlike general travel agencies that sell/package group tours, Travel acts only as an intermediary to book local travel services such as hotels, tours, and tickets with minimal fees for the convenience of free travel. Therefore, we are not directly involved in the operation of these products, and you must choose and use the products at your own discretion and take full responsibility for your own safety while using them.
Also, since all products are operated by local companies, accidents are covered according to local insurance and laws. If you get injured or have an accident, you must report it immediately to the company staff or tour guide and take action on the spot. If you return to Korea without taking any action, you may not be eligible for any compensation or treatment.
Local insurance coverage may be insufficient, so we strongly recommend that you purchase separate travel insurance in Korea before your trip.
