Please make sure to review the detailed product pages, vouchers, and individual instructions provided by each partner before use.

• Users must follow this safety guide and the safety rules provided by each partner (hotels, clinics, tour operators, etc.).
• Travel schedules, treatments, and activities should be selected carefully considering personal health conditions, age, and physical fitness.
• TRENVL provides booking and information services through the platform; actual on-site services are operated by each partner.

2. Pre-Travel Preparation

• Please check your passport, visa, flight tickets, travel itinerary, accommodation details, and insurance coverage in advance.
• If you have underlying conditions such as cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, allergies, or pregnancy, please consult a medical professional before travel or treatment.
• Prepare necessary medications, first-aid supplies, glasses/contact lenses, and personal hygiene items.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially when medical or beauty treatments are included.

3. General Safety Rules During Travel

• Always stay aware of your surroundings and avoid isolated areas late at night.
• Keep valuables such as cash, passports, and cards stored separately, and use hotel safes or front desks when possible.
• Wear seatbelts when using local transportation and avoid unsafe vehicles or reckless driving situations.

• Board and exit vehicles only at designated locations under the guidance of the driver or guide.
• Avoid loud behavior or actions that may disturb the driver during travel.
• Manage personal belongings carefully and ensure valuables are not left inside the vehicle when exiting.
• Guides assist with travel information and itinerary management but cannot guarantee complete safety in all situations.

7. Accidents & Emergency Response

• In case of accidents or emergencies, immediately notify the guide, local staff, or hotel front desk.
• It is recommended to keep contact details for local emergency services, police, and embassies/consulates in advance.
• If you have travel insurance, contact your insurance provider’s hotline immediately for guidance.
• If you contact TRENVL customer support, we will assist with communication and coordination with local partners within reasonable limits.

8. TRENVL’s Role & Limitation of Liability

• TRENVL is an online platform providing booking and intermediary services for hotels, tours, medical institutions, transportation providers, and guides.
• The actual service provider is each individual partner, who bears primary responsibility for service quality, safety, and operation.
• TRENVL strives to protect user safety and rights through partner management and information support and will provide reasonable assistance in accordance with applicable laws and terms.

9. Other Notices & Updates

This safety guide may be updated due to service improvements, legal changes, or local circumstances. Important updates will be announced through service notices in advance.
