Common Cancellation & Refund Policy ALL
The following common policies apply to all products available for reservation on Trenvl.
- Reservation confirmation is based on payment completion.
- Cancellation and refund are only available through Trenvl Customer Center and My Page.
- Each product is subject to separate cancellation policies of the supplier (hotel, hospital, shop, vehicle company, guide, etc.) as a priority.
- Fees and refundable amounts are calculated based on the time of cancellation request, and the refund amount decreases as the usage date approaches.
- Some special offers, promotions, and instant confirmation products may not be cancelable or refundable after booking.
- Cancellations due to customer reasons (change of mind, schedule change, flight cancellation, visa issues, etc.) will be processed according to the supplier's policy.
- Refunds are processed only through the same payment method and may take 3-10 business days.
Hotel & Stay Cancellation Policy Hotel & Stay
Cancellation and refund policy for accommodation reservations including hotels, guesthouses, and residences.
- Up to 7 days before check-in: Full refund of payment amount
- 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund of payment amount
- 2 days before check-in ~ day of / No-show: Non-refundable
- Peak season, holidays, event periods, and promotional rates may be non-refundable immediately upon booking.
Tour Cancellation Policy Tour
Cancellation and refund policy for daily tours, package tours, and experiential tour products.
- Up to 5 days before use date: Full refund of payment amount
- 2-4 days before use date: 50% refund of payment amount
- 1 day before use date ~ day of: Non-refundable
- If the tour is canceled due to minimum departure number not met, bad weather, natural disasters, or operator circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
- In case of customer lateness, early departure, or non-participation due to personal reasons, partial or full refund is not available.
K-Beauty Cancellation Policy K-Beauty
Cancellation and refund policy for K-Beauty related reservations including beauty clinics, dermatology, plastic surgery, spas, and care services.
- Up to 3 days before appointment: Full refund of payment amount
- 2 days before appointment: 50% refund of payment amount
- 1 day before appointment · day of: Non-refundable
- After treatment, procedure, or care has already been performed, refund is not available.
- In case of lateness or no-show (unannounced absence), the reservation amount is completely non-refundable.
Goods Cancellation Policy Goods
Cancellation and refund policy for products provided in delivery/pickup format (goods, general items, etc.).
- Before shipping preparation (within 1 hour after order): Cancellation available through My Page or Customer Center
- During shipping preparation · after dispatch: Cancellation and simple change of mind refund not available
- In case of product defect or wrong delivery, exchange or refund is available if reported to Customer Center within 24 hours of product receipt.
- If the product and packaging (box, components, etc.) are damaged or lost, or if there are signs of use, refund is not available.
- Hygiene products such as cosmetics and food are non-exchangeable/non-refundable after opening.
Vehicle & Guide Cancellation Policy Vehicle & Guide
Cancellation and refund policy for rental cars, chartered vehicle services, vehicle services with drivers, and private/professional guide services.
- Up to 5 days before use date: Full refund of payment amount
- 2-4 days before use date: 50% refund of payment amount
- 1 day before use date · day of: Non-refundable
- After driver or guide assignment, schedule holding costs may apply, and refund restrictions may be imposed accordingly.
- Schedule change requests are possible at least 48 hours in advance, and changes after that may not be accepted.
- In case of non-use due to customer reasons such as lateness or not arriving at the designated location, refund is not available.
- If service provision is impossible due to vehicle breakdown, guide health issues, natural disasters, etc., a full refund will be provided.
