STEP 01

Simple Membership Registration

Signing up for MonkeyTravel [(Totobooking Co., Ltd.)] is quick and secure with minimal steps. Non-members can still browse and make reservations freely, but will not be eligible to earn points.

STEP 02

Select Desired Products

Click the menu at the top of the homepage to browse products, or use the search bar at the top to directly search for specific product names.

STEP 03

Request a Quote

On the product page you want, click the “Reserve or Get a Quote” button, fill out the reservation form, and proceed with the reservation.
The same product can be added multiple times, but to add a different product, you must complete the current process and then repeat the steps for the new product. You may make the payment all at once later.

STEP 04

Processing Request

Once the reservation request is received, we will check with the provider to confirm availability.
(Availability checks are only done during local business hours. However, instant confirmation products can be confirmed immediately.)

STEP 05

Receive Quotation

If available, we will send the quotation (payment invoice) via email, and you can also check it in the “My Reservations” menu.
Please review the quotation details carefully and proceed with payment. The amount will be converted to KRW using the Thai Baht cash selling rate announced by KEB Hana Bank.

STEP 06

Make Payment

Payment methods include bank transfer (virtual account, real-time account transfer, direct KRW deposit), credit card, mobile phone payment, quick-pay services, and Thai Baht transfer. Depending on membership level and payment method, you can earn 1.5%–4% points on the total amount (except for Baht transfers). Points can be used like cash on your next reservation. Please note: At the time the quotation is sent, only availability is checked — rooms (spa, tours, etc.) are not held. We recommend completing the payment as soon as possible. Please understand that this is an unavoidable aspect of our system, which offers lower prices but requires confirming availability for each booking.

STEP 07

Receive Reservation Confirmation

After confirming your payment, the administrator will make the final booking request to the provider. Once confirmed, the provider will issue a reservation confirmation (voucher), which will be sent to you.
Quotation: A payment request confirming that the requested reservation is available and asking you to make payment to finalize it.
Reservation Confirmation: A lodging or service voucher confirming that the reservation is finalized and paid, which must be presented at check-in.

STEP 08

Use Reserved Product

You can now use the product on the reserved date. Please bring your reservation confirmation (voucher) and present it when using the service.
