Travel Point System

There are two main ways to earn points on Travel.

1. Earning Points from Product Reservations	Eligible Reservations Points will be earned when you reserve and use any product from Travel. However, points will not be awarded for payments made in local currency. * Flight tickets and air + hotel packages are not eligible for points. Points will not be awarded for payments in THB.
	Benefits by Membership Level Points are awarded differently depending on your membership level. Silver Member Members who have signed up but have no confirmed reservations No points earned Gold Member Members who have at least 1 confirmed reservation 3% for cash payments, 1.5% for credit card or easy payments VIP Member Members who have spent over 3,000,000 KRW in the past 5 years 4% for cash payments, 2.5% for credit card or easy payments Cash payments include bank transfers, virtual accounts, and real-time bank transfers in KRW. • Different criteria apply for travel agency members. After signing up as a travel agency member and being approved by Travel, you can log in to check your points benefits.
	When Points Are Earned Reservation → Payment (except THB payments) → Reservation confirmation → After using the reserved product (the day after checkout for hotels), points are awarded upon writing a Real Review or Travel Review
	Important Notes • You cannot use points on a reservation that will earn points. • THB payments do not earn points, cannot use existing points, and do not affect membership level. • Even if points are used on a reservation, points will still be awarded on the amount paid (excluding points used). • The point system for Travel World (hotels worldwide except :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}, :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}, :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}, :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}, :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}) applies separately: Silver 1%, Gold 1%, VIP 1.5%
2. Earning Points from Writing Posts	Eligible Activities All Travel members who participate by writing comments, Travel Compass place reviews, Real Reviews, or Travel Reviews will earn points.
	Points Awarded • Comments: 50 points (minimum 15 characters) - up to 3 comments per day • Compass place reviews: 100 points (minimum 50 characters) - up to 10 per day • Real Reviews: 200 points (minimum 50 characters) - only for products you reserved • Travel Reviews: 1000 points (minimum 500 characters) - only for products you reserved
	When Points Are Earned Points are awarded immediately after posting. (If you delete the post later, the awarded points will be deducted.)
	Important Notes • Posts related to reservations or My Page are not eligible for points. • Points from writing posts do not affect membership level. • Repeatedly copying the same content for Real Reviews, Travel Reviews, or comments, or posting unrelated content for "point farming," will be considered disruptive behavior and points will be deducted. Reservations paid with those points may be cancelled. • Points are only awarded if you have a reservation for the product.

Detailed Guide on Points

Value: 1 point equals 1 KRW in cash.

Minimum usage: You can use at least 5,000 points on payments over 10,000 KRW.

Using points: Points can be used like cash on all reservations (not available for THB payments). When using points, you will still earn points on the paid amount excluding used points.

Validity: 10 years (unused points after this period will automatically expire).

Ownership: Points can only be used under your own name and booking. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for any reason. All points will be deleted upon membership withdrawal and cannot be reused.

Usage: Points will never be refunded as cash and can only be used to reserve Travel products.

Others: The point system is a benefit provided by Travel and may be changed, withdrawn, or canceled at any time according to Travel’s policy. This may affect the value of accumulated points. The operation and application of the system is at the discretion of Travel.
