Vehicle Reservation Notes
- Fuel & toll are generally included (unless clearly marked as excluded).
- Daily rental is 12 hours (Bangkok/Pattaya city-only: 6h/9h; VIP: 10h).
- Share your schedule in advance; same-day changes may be limited or incur extra charges.
- Van capacity: max 10 people incl. infants (incl. driver). With luggage, this rule is strict; fines may apply.
- Consider both passengers & luggage: sedan up to 3 adults (or 2 adults + 1 child). More luggage → choose SUV.
- Most bookings confirm after quotation; last-minute/some items may take time before payment is available.
- Please double-check date, passengers, vehicle type, route, meeting time & location (enter exact Airbnb/condo/villa address).
- Overtime is charged in one-hour increments based on the vehicle usage fee divided by the total usage time.
- If the driver behaves inappropriately or deviates from schedule, contact Trenvl immediately.
- Smoking, drinking, or not wearing a seat belt can result in fines.

- Please complete your reservation at least 2 days in advance.
- The driver will not contact you separately unless there are special circumstances.
- Please check your voucher after confirmation (driver name, contact, license plate).
- The voucher will be sent by 9:00 PM on the day before pickup.
- The driver will wait holding a signboard. Enter your name accurately.
- Set pickup time 1–2 hours after landing (immigration time).
- More than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show (no refund).
- Additional charges may apply for long delays.
- Flight delays: waiting is free; if service becomes impossible, 100% refund (proof required).
- Child car seats cannot be rented separately.
- Multiple drop-offs require the “Additional Stop” option.
✈️ About the Service
Although public transportation in Korea is highly developed, airport transfers may require several transfers. For families or group travelers with luggage, a private van is the most comfortable option.
