We at trenvl are committed to providing high-quality vehicle services with continuous effort and improvement. Please read the notes below carefully to help with your reservation.

• 1.  Trenvl  vehicle products generally include fuel and toll fees.
     (Except for products explicitly marked as excluding fuel and toll fees—everything else includes them.)
• 2. Daily rental products are based on 12 hours, except the Bangkok & Pattaya city-only 6-hour / 9-hour rentals.
     (VIP vehicles are based on 10 hours.)
• 3. For daily rentals, providing your schedule in advance is recommended. Same-day adjustments are possible; however, if you add plans that do not match the reserved product type, service may be unavailable or significant additional charges may apply.
• 4. The maximum capacity per van is 10 people including the driver. Under Thai traffic law, if there is any luggage (e.g., suitcases), the maximum of 10 people (infants are counted) must be strictly observed. Violations may result in fines over 5,000 THB and issues with the driver’s license.
  If this rule is violated and disadvantages occur, we may be unable to help, and any disadvantage to the driver may be the customer’s responsibility.
• 5. When booking, please consider both luggage and number of passengers. For sedans, up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child can ride. If you have a lot of luggage, please upgrade to an SUV.
  Please make your reservation after considering both passenger count and luggage volume.
• 6. Most vehicle reservations can be confirmed immediately after you receive a quotation. However, for 1-day-prior or same-day reservations, and certain products (e.g., zero-priced items), arranging vehicles and calculating fares take time, so some waiting before payment availability is unavoidable.
• 7. Please double-check the date, number of passengers, vehicle type, route, meeting time, and location when booking. Trenvl  does not arbitrarily change or edit your reservation. For Airbnb, condos, or pool villas, please enter the exact building name and address.
  Inaccurate reservations may be difficult for us to assist with, so please verify and enter accurate information when booking.
• 8. If you exceed the scheduled usage time, an additional fee of 200 THB per hour (300 THB per hour in Phuket) will be charged.
• 9. If the driver makes unreasonable requests, moves to places that do not match the schedule, or provides discourteous service, please contact Trenvl  immediately.
• 10. For consecutive-day vehicle use outside Bangkok, a driver accommodation fee of 500 THB per day will be charged.
