Fuel and toll fees are generally included (unless specifically stated as excluded).
The standard duration for a daily rental is 12 hours (Bangkok/Pattaya city use: 6 or 9 hours, VIP: 10 hours).
Please share your itinerary in advance. Same-day changes may be limited or subject to additional charges.
Van capacity: up to 10 persons including infants (including the driver). Luggage limits are strictly enforced, and violations may result in penalties.
Please consider both passenger count and luggage volume. Sedans are recommended for up to 3 adults (or 2 adults + 1 child). If you have more luggage, please choose an SUV.
Most reservations are confirmed after quotation approval. For last-minute bookings or certain products, confirmation may take additional time after payment.

Please confirm date, number of passengers, vehicle type, route, and meeting time/location before booking (exact address required for Airbnb/condo/villa pickups).
Overtime charges are applied per hour and are calculated based on the total vehicle usage fee divided by total usage time.
If the driver behaves inappropriately or deviates from the agreed schedule, please contact Trenvl immediately.
Smoking or drinking inside the vehicle, and not wearing a seatbelt, may result in fines.

Vehicle Usage Guidelines · Important Information

Please complete your reservation at least 2 days before the service date.
Unless there are special circumstances, the driver will not contact you in advance.
After confirmation, please check the driver’s name, contact number, and vehicle number on your voucher.
Your voucher will be sent by 9:00 PM the day before pick-up.
The driver will wait with a name sign (pick-up board). Please enter your name accurately.
We recommend setting the pick-up time 1–2 hours after arrival to allow time for immigration procedures.
If delayed by more than 30 minutes, it may be considered a no-show, and refunds may not be available.
Additional charges may apply for extended waiting times.
In case of flight delays, waiting fees are free. If the service cannot be provided due to flight delays, a 100% refund may be available (proof required).
Baby car seats cannot be rented separately.
If multiple drop-off locations are required, you must select the “Additional Stop” option.

Korea has an excellent public transportation system, but airport transfers may require multiple transfers. For families or groups traveling with luggage, a private vehicle (van) is the most comfortable option.
