    Important Notes
    When Changing or Cancelling

    All deadlines are based on 18:00 Korea time. Requests received after 18:00 are considered as received the next day.

    Check-in day calculation is based on business days (excluding Sat, Sun, and Thai holidays).

    If the product provider's policy differs from Travel's, the provider's policy applies.

    Non-refundable guaranteed bookings cannot be refunded regardless of remaining period.

    For hotels, early check-out after check-in is non-refundable for the remaining nights.

    Foreign guests (non-Korean passport holders) may be subject to different rates.

    Frequent changes/cancellations (2+ times) may incur penalties even within refundable periods.

    Cancellations must be requested via Travel. We are not responsible for disadvantages caused by directly contacting the hotel/vendor.

    2. Standard Terms and Conditions for Domestic Travel (Summary of Cancellation & Refund Rules)

    ① Cancellation due to the traveler’s fault

    • Up to 30 days before departure: Deposit refunded in full (no penalty)
    • Up to 20 days before departure (30–20 days): 10% of the travel fee charged as penalty
    • Up to 10 days before departure (19–10 days): 15% of the travel fee charged as penalty
    • Up to 8 days before departure (9–8 days): 20% of the travel fee charged as penalty
    • Up to 1 day before departure (7–1 days): 30% of the travel fee charged as penalty
    • Cancellation on the day of departure: 50% of the travel fee charged as penalty

    ② Cancellation due to the travel agency’s fault

    If the travel agency cancels the contract, the agency shall compensate the traveler according to the same penalty rates. However, force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government orders are exceptions.

    ③ Failure to meet the minimum number of participants

    • Cancellation notice given at least 7 days before departure: Full refund of deposit.
    • Cancellation notice given at least 1 day before departure: 30% of the travel fee charged as penalty.
    • Cancellation notice given on the day of departure: 50% of the travel fee charged as penalty.

    ④ Termination during travel

    • If the trip is terminated midway for safety or other unavoidable reasons: Refund for the remaining portion of the itinerary.
    • If the traveler leaves midway for personal reasons: No refund.

    ⑤ Force majeure / Disaster situations

    In the event of force majeure such as infectious disease outbreaks or natural disasters, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.

    3. Change Policy

    After the travel contract has been concluded, if the itinerary, transportation, or accommodation must be unavoidably changed, the traveler must be given prior explanation and consent. The agency shall provide substitute services of equal or higher standard. If services of a lower standard are provided, the price difference will be refunded. If certain services are omitted during the trip due to the agency’s fault, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

    4. Notice on Application of Special Terms and Conditions

    Some products such as hotels, flight tickets, performance tickets, and chartered buses may be subject to [Special Terms and Conditions] in addition to the standard terms. Special terms may impose higher cancellation or change fees than the standard terms, so please be sure to check the special terms listed at the bottom when making a reservation. Special terms will be indicated separately on each product detail page or on the reservation form.

    Change/cancellation requests are based on the time of inquiry through My Page 1:1 board or phone, and Korea office working hours. If you request on Sat 18:00 (Korea time), it will be treated as received on Monday.
