How to Reserve

After completing your reservation, it will be confirmed and a voucher will be issued within 1-2 days.
After confirming your reservation, the provider will send you the voucher. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The tour departs on time.

Things To Keep In Mind

This tour is for foreigners only.
This tour is not a private tour and will be conducted with multinational guests. However, the guide language will be English.
This is a walking tour. (No vehicle will be provided.)
Recording the guide's commentary in audio or video during the tour is strictly prohibited.
If fewer than 4 people have booked at least 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour will be converted to a private tour with an additional charge equal to twice the regular fee. If you do not wish to have a private tour, you will receive a full refund.
Reservation confirmation cannot be provided on weekends and public holidays.
Infants under 5 are free, but you must bring documentation (for example, a passport) that can confirm their age during the tour.
The same price applies to those aged 5 and above.
The tour schedule may change due to severe weather, natural disasters, or situations related to COVID-19.
Options not included in the package can be used after additional payment on site.
If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
Pets are not allowed, and there are no separate facilities for pets.
If you are late and cannot participate, refunds or date changes are not possible.
