Cancelation Policy

• Cancellations up to 6 days before: Full Refund
• Cancellations up to 4 days before: 50% Refund
• Cancellations up to 2 days before: 30% Refund
• Cancellations up to 1 day before: No Refund
• Reservation changes are allowed only 1 time up to 2 days before your visit.
• In case of force majeure, Han River conditions, or full booking making the experience unavailable, a full refund is possible.

Things To Keep In Mind

• After verifying your voucher at the ticket box and exchanging it for a physical ticket, proceed to the boarding area.
• Please note that ticket verification and boarding may take some time, so be careful not to be late. If you are late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and refunds will not be possible.
• Depending on weather conditions and wind strength, operations may be changed for customer safety.
• Pregnant women, the elderly, and intoxicated persons are not allowed to board.
• Food is allowed on board, but alcohol is not permitted. However, food with strong odors that may disturb other passengers may be refused.
• Infants under 24 months can board for free, but you must bring proof of age (e.g. passport) when boarding.
• Please follow the staff's safety instructions and refrain from any behavior that may inconvenience other passengers.
• You may use the Hangang Park public parking lot, but it may be crowded on weekends or holidays, so we recommend using public transportation.
• Simple drinks and snacks are sold in the customer waiting room. (Non-alcoholic wine, non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks, etc.)
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory and you must not take it off inside the boat.

• In case of rain, raincoats and mats will be provided and operations will proceed as normal with exciting music. (However, in the event of a heavy rain warning or if the Hangang Project Headquarters requests suspension of operations, the service will not operate. In this case, you will be notified by phone.)
• If you do not wish to board on the day due to rain, please inform us at least 1 hour before boarding and we will help you change the date or cancel for free (100% refund). (However, if you do not inform us and do not show up, cancellation and refund are not possible.)
