1. Recruitment Schedule (Check Notice)

2. Eligibility (Official)
- Applicants whose both parents are foreign nationals, and who completed a regular education course (12 years) in their home country.
- Applicants within 2 years after final graduation. (Vietnam: if the final education is university/graduate school, within 1 year.)
- Applicants (or financial sponsor) with sufficient ability to pay tuition and living expenses during study in Korea.
- Applicants without issues under Korean and home-country immigration/visa regulations.
3. Required Documents (Official Checklist)
- Application form (includes self-introduction and study plan) – use the university format.
- Copy of applicant passport + copies of IDs (front/back) for applicant and parents.
- Family relationship proof documents (country-specific).
- Original final school graduation certificate and tran s (if originals cannot be submitted, notarized copies may be accepted; if 6+ months after graduation, career certificate may be required).
- Academic authentication (required):
- Apostille documents for Apostille member countries, or
- China: official academic/degree verification reports, or
- Other countries: notarized academic documents confirmed by a Korean consulate or by your country’s embassy in Korea.
- Photos: 5 copies (4cm × 3cm, within the last 6 months, white background, ears/forehead visible).
- Parents’ employment certificate and income proof (must include workplace address and contact information).
- Bank balance certificate: USD 5,000+ (frozen for 6+ months; must be issued within 30 days for visa application).
4. Admission Procedure (Step-by-step)
- Submit application documents to the Korean Language Education Center.
- First screening / interview evaluation (as guided by the institute).
- Submit final application documents (submitted documents are not returned).
- University applies for visa issuance confirmation (standard admission letter may be issued).
- Visa issuance number is notified (Immigration → University → Applicant).
- Applicant applies for visa at the Korean consulate with required documents (consulate may request additional documents / interview).
- After visa approval, the university sets the entry date; applicant books flight and informs flight details.
- Enter Korea with D-4 visa; extension required every 6 months (maximum stay period typically up to 2 years for this track).
