    Upon successful completion of Level 1, students will be able to:

    • Read and write Hangeul fluently
    • Read simple texts and short passages
    • Write basic sentences and short paragraphs
    • Complete simple forms and applications

    ✅ Speaking & Listening

    • Introduce yourself and others
    • Conduct simple daily conversations
    • Order food and shop for basic items
    • Ask and answer questions about daily life

    ✅ Grammar & Vocabulary

    • Use approximately 800 basic vocabulary words
    • Apply fundamental grammar patterns
    • Form sentences in present, past, and future tenses
    • Use appropriate particles and endings

    ✅ Cultural Understanding

    • Understand basic Korean social etiquette
    • Use appropriate levels of politeness
    • Navigate basic cultural situations
    • Appreciate Korean lifestyle and customs

    7. Preparation for Level 2

    Students who successfully complete Level 1 will be well-prepared to advance to Level 2, where they will:

    • Expand vocabulary to approximately 1,500-2,000 words
    • Learn more complex grammar patterns and sentence structures
    • Develop ability to discuss personal experiences and opinions in detail
    • Practice reading longer texts such as articles and stories
    • Prepare for TOPIK Ⅰ Level 2 certification
