- Students who meet these requirements will receive a certificate of completion and be eligible to advance to Level 2

7. Cultural Activities
Throughout the semester, Level 1 students participate in various cultural activities to enhance their understanding of Korean culture and practice their language skills in authentic contexts:
- Cultural field trips: Visits to historical sites, museums, and cultural landmarks in Anyang and nearby areas
- Traditional arts workshops: Hands-on experience with Korean calligraphy, paper crafts, and traditional music
- Korean cooking classes: Learning to prepare authentic Korean dishes
- Language exchange: Meeting with Korean university students for conversation practice
- Festival participation: Experiencing traditional Korean festivals and Anyang local events
- Cultural performances: Attending K-pop shows, traditional dance, and theater performances
