    The following weekly plan is a sample for Level 1 of Silla University Korean Language Program. Actual schedule and topics may vary depending on semester and instructor’s syllabus.

    Week 1 Hangul consonants and vowels; basic syllable structure; simple greetings and polite endings (-요). Saying hello / goodbye; introducing name and nationality; basic classroom expressions.
    Week 2 Topic/subject particles; expressions for nationality and occupation; demonstratives (this/that). More detailed self-introductions; talking about country, job/major; introducing friends or classmates.
    Week 3 Location particles (at, in, to); present tense verbs; basic daily routine verbs. Describing room, campus, daily schedule, school life, etc.
    Week 4 Native & Sino-Korean numbers; time and date expressions; days of the week. Asking/telling time; making simple appointments; talking about birthdays or important dates.
    Week 5 Object particle; basic past tense; expressions of likes and dislikes (좋아하다 / 싫어하다). Talking about hobbies, favorite food/activities; describing what you did last weekend.
    Week 6 Future / plan expressions (~겠다, ~을 거예요); simple suggestions and invitations. Making plans, inviting friends, accepting or declining invitations politely.
    Week 7 Adjectives (predicate & attributive use); basic comparative expressions; weather / season vocabulary. Describing today’s weather/seasons; talking about favorite seasons and related activities.
    Week 8 Basic honorific expressions for family / teachers; simple expressions for health and feelings. Introducing family members respectfully; talking about feelings (tired, sick, happy); basic situations at hospital/pharmacy.
