    • Foreign nationals and overseas Koreans who have completed high school or higher and wish to study Korean language and culture

    7. Cultural Experience Program

    A variety of cultural programs are offered so that students can experience Korean culture while learning Korean:

    • Traditional culture experiences (wearing hanbok, traditional crafts, etc.)
    • Visits to major attractions in Seoul
    • Korean food culture experiences
    • Introduction to K-POP and Korean popular culture
    • Participation in cultural events and festivals
    • Programs for making Korean friends

    • The above content is a general example of the HUFS Korean Language & Culture Center Level 1 course.
    • Actual class content, pace, and evaluation methods may vary depending on the instructor and term.
    • Class placement is based on a level test conducted prior to the start of the course.
    • Classes are conducted as learner-centered, communication-focused integrated lessons.
    • Cultural experience activities during the term help learners gain a balanced understanding of Korean language and culture.
    • Detailed course syllabi are provided by the instructor after the term begins.
