Children aged 0–2 years: Free of charge (no seat, admission, or meals included).

Infants under 2 years may join with a guardian but will not be provided a seat or entry tickets.

Minimum of 8 participants required for departure. If not met, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Vehicles: up to 7 passengers (Staria) / up to 15 passengers (Minivan).

Car seat requests or storage for luggage must be checked with the guide.

Vehicle type may change depending on local circumstances.

In case of severe weather (typhoon, snowstorm), the decision to proceed will be made by 23:59 (local time) the day before departure, with notice sent by email if canceled.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. The bus will not wait for latecomers.

This is a group tour – please keep your valuables with you at all times.

Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions.

For foreign travelers, guiding is provided in English/Chinese. For Korean guests, only shuttle and tickets will be provided as guides focus on international participants.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

100% full refund if canceled by 09:00 AM, 1 day before the tour.

All cancellation times are based on local time (KST).
