    • A reminder email will be sent between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM the day before departure. It will include a group chat link to communicate directly with the tour staff. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
    • Please make sure to select your shuttle bus boarding location when booking.
    • Once your reservation is confirmed, follow the instructions provided by the travel agency.
    • Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. For the sake of other customers, the shuttle will leave for the next stop even if you're late. (No refunds for late arrival or no-shows.)
    • No refunds will be given if you miss the tour due to lateness. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
    • The tour schedule may change depending on traffic or weather conditions.
    • Children under 36 months can join for free, but will not be provided a separate shuttle seat. Please bring a passport for age verification.
