Precautions / Important Notes
Things To Keep In Mind
- Be sure to make a reservation at least 5 days before departure.
- Pick-up is available for hotels located in central Seoul (Dongdaemun, Myeong-dong, etc.); for hotels outside of central Seoul, the tour group can meet at the Myeong-dong Lotte Hotel and start the tour from there. If there are any difficulties or complications regarding pick-up, you will be informed in advance.
- Cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled tour date with a 100% refund.
- A 50% refund is available up to 2 days before, and there is no refund available for cancellation the day before or the day of the reservation. Please contact [email protected] for any inquiries or changes to the booking.
- Pick-up is only available for hotels located in central Seoul. If your hotel is too far away, you may be asked to arrive at a designated location for pick-up.
