- N Seoul Tower:Includes observatory admission ticket; entry is allowed after voucher verification on site.
- Notice:Yacht tours may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or operator circumstances.

Han River Yacht Experience and Observatory Usage Guidelines
•Essential preparations before boarding the yacht:For safe operation and prior training,please arrive at least 20 minutes before your reservation time.(Example: For an 18:00 reservation, arrival by 17:40 is required) Please bring yourID cardfor identity and age verification.
•Late Arrival and No-Show Policy:If you fail to arrive on time for your reservationit will be treated as a No-Show,and changes or refunds are not possible. Please make sure to book the yacht experience at least 3 days in advance.
•N Seoul Tower Observatory Information:Once the observatory admission ticket has been issued,cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed.Please note that refunds are difficult even in cases of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, so please consider this when booking.
•Cancellation and Refund Policy (Yacht):
- Cancellation 6 days before the tour: 100% refund
- Cancellation 5 days before the tour: 50% refund
- Cancellation 3 days before the tour: No refund
※ However, in case of cancellation due to natural disasters, Han River conditions, or full booking by the operator, a 100% refund will be provided.

•Han River Yacht Experience:14:00 - 22:00 (departing on the hour)
•N Seoul Tower Observatory:Weekdays 10:30 AM - 10:30 PM / Weekends and Public Holidays 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM
•Yacht Reservation Confirmation:It takes about 1-2 days to confirm after payment
•Admission Deadline:Admission required 30 minutes to 1 hour before each facility closes
※ Yacht experience isdate-specificand please be sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before the reservation time for safety training.
※ Yacht operation may be restricted or rescheduled due to bad weather or Han River conditions.
