Important Information:


Before You Visit:

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

- Online pre-booking recommended during peak seasons and festivals

- Parking available (fee: 3,000-5,000 KRW per vehicle)

- Allow 2-3 hours minimum for full garden tour

- Arrive early during autumn foliage season (October-November)


During Your Visit:

- Wear comfortable walking shoes (uphill paths and stairs)

- Stay on designated pathways - do not step on garden beds

- Flower picking and plant damage strictly prohibited

- Drones and professional photo equipment require permission

- Pets not allowed (except certified service animals)

- Smoking only in designated areas

- Picnics allowed only in designated rest areas

- Gardens are 90% outdoors - check weather forecast
