Ticket Collection

You must bring your passport or Alien Registration Card to pick it up.
When picking up tickets on-site, you must present both your reservation details and a valid physical ID (passport or Alien Registration Card) for all attendees, including the person who made the reservation. (Copies or photos of IDs are not accepted.) If either is missing or the information does not match, ticket pickup and refunds will not be allowed.
Tickets cannot be picked up by someone else or transferred to another person. If you fail to pick up your ticket within the designated time or are not the reservation holder, you will not be able to receive it.
Even if you are the reservation holder, you will not be able to receive your ticket without a valid ID that matches your name.
You are solely responsible for bringing a valid ID, and no cancellations or refunds will be given for missed pickups due to missing or invalid ID.

Blue Carpet Notice

Blue Carpet tickets can only be purchased by those with standing or second-floor seat tickets from Creatrip.
This product cannot be purchased separately.
For existing ticket holders, please submit your 'existing ticket reservation number' in the additional information.
⭐️ The Blue Carpet event overlaps with the entrance/waiting time for the standing area. If you attend the Blue Carpet event, you will be classified as a latecomer, which means you cannot enter according to your standing number. ⭐️

Entry

This performance is available to those aged 8 and older (born on or before August 21, 2017). Entry is not allowed for anyone under the age limit, regardless of ticket possession or accompaniment by a guardian.
Audience members who appear to require age verification may be asked to show their passport. Please bring a valid passport for ID check.
Each person must have their own ticket to enter and move around the venue (e.g., for restroom use). Entry will not be allowed without a ticket under any circumstances.
You are responsible for any lost or damaged tickets. Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, and entry is not permitted without a valid ticket.
Late arrivals may be restricted from entering and will be guided by staff to enter at an appropriate time.
Once you exit the venue, re-entry is not allowed for any reason.

Event

Please remain in your assigned seat; moving to another seat is not permitted.
To ensure a safe viewing experience, only bottled water (500ml or less) is allowed inside the viewing area; all other food and drinks are prohibited.
If you are caught filming or bringing prohibited items into the venue, you may be asked to leave, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued.
Distributing, sharing, copying, or producing related materials online or via any media may result in legal action.
All forms of photography, video/audio recording, and live streaming during the performance are strictly prohibited. Any recordings will be confiscated, and violators may be removed from the venue.
Only bags sized 30x30cm or smaller are allowed inside the venue.
There will be no designated storage or cloakroom at the venue, so please plan accordingly.
For your convenience, we recommend attending without large bags. Please take care of your valuables, as Creatrip is not responsible for any loss or theft due to personal negligence.
Please avoid any behavior that may disturb other audience members. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue by staff.
Creatrip and the organizers are not responsible for any issues caused by failure to follow staff instructions, so please cooperate with all guidance on site.
Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded if you are removed from the venue for violations.
The concert’s start time, runtime, and program are subject to change based on on-site circumstances.
Prohibited items: suitcases, ladders or folding chairs, drinks and food (except bottled water), recording devices other than phones (cameras, camcorders, audio recorders, camera lenses, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.), flammable items (lighters, gas, etc.), lasers, flashlights, personal cheering gear (LED signs, banners, unofficial lightsticks, etc.), long umbrellas, balloons, pets, and flower bouquets.

Other

Buyers are fully responsible for any damages caused by illegal transactions. The organizers, hosts, and ticket vendors are not liable and cannot offer compensation, so please cooperate to avoid such issues.
Reselling, transferring, or counterfeiting tickets is strictly prohibited. All ticket activity is monitored by the event organizers, and violations may result in ticket cancellation and legal action.
Heavy traffic is expected on the event day due to other activities like baseball games at the sports complex. Please use public transportation whenever possible.
Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded due to delays caused by parking. We recommend arriving at the venue early.
