Bring your glasses.

Stop wearing lenses: soft 4d, toric 6d, hard 10d, Ortho-K ≥1 month.

Avoid perm/dye 3 days before.

Exam takes 2–3h; near vision may blur afterward, do not drive.

Pregnancy: wait ≥3 months postpartum & finish breastfeeding.
On Visit & Surgery
