If you are more than 10 minute late, your reservation will be canceled and no refunds will be provided.

Please make a reservation at least 7 days before your visit.
Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
Please choose your desired date and time.
You need to pay the consultation fee (100,000 KRW) in order to complete the reservation. Depending on the examination results, if you decide to get the surgery, you need to pay the additional amount on-site, excluding the consultation fee (100,000 KRW).
If surgery is not possible after the eye examination, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
