Delivery Reservation
- Delivery hours: 14:00–22:00 (KST). Delivery and customer service are unavailable during lunch break (14:00–15:00 KST).
- Support is available in Chinese, English, and Korean. For other languages, we’ll assist you using a translator.
- Depending on traffic, your order may arrive within ±30 minutes of your selected time. We kindly ask for your understanding that exact timing may be difficult. Please note that delivery time cannot be changed on the same day.
- Please check your chat messages frequently starting 1 hour before your selected delivery time. We will send you real-time updates. If you don’t check messages, delete or leave the chat room, your food may not be delivered correctly. Please be sure to stay connected.
Important Announcement Regarding Contact Method
- Until July 25, 2025, deliveries will proceed only if you first contact us via the LINE channel ([email protected]) as before.
- Starting from July 25, 2025, the LINE channel will no longer be in service. To receive your delivery, you must first contact us after payment by going to [Order History Page] → [Chat Icon at the Bottom Right] → [Live Chat].
- If you do not contact us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, your delivery will not be made and will be automatically canceled.
