    Cancelation Policy

    • Refunds are not available after the order is placed, except for areas where delivery is not possible.
    • When entering the delivery address, please include the exact room number (e.g., A Apartment, Building 201, Unit 103). If only the apartment name is provided without the room number, delivery may not be possible and refunds will not be issued.
    • Please understand that cancellations or refunds are not possible if delivery is delayed or fails due to customer error.

    Things To Keep In Mind

    • ⚠️ Delivery reservations are available from 14:00-22:00. Delivery is available 30 minutes before or after the selected time depending on traffic conditions. Please understand that it is difficult to set the exact time. Same day delivery times cannot be modified.
    • ⚠️For a smooth delivery, please contact [email protected] on LINE ro show your payment details after payment is completed. If you do not contact us 30 minutes before the designated time for delivery, the delivery will not proceed and will be canceled immediately.
    • The response time for LINE is from 13:30 to 22:00 daily and is available in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Keep in mind that at other times, it may be difficult to get a quick response.
    • The delivery area is nationwide. Refunds are not possible after payment except in cases where delivery is not possible. Even if it is in an area where delivery is possible, it may not be possible depending on local circumstances. For accurate information, you should consult with us via LINE.
    • Orders may be canceled prior to delivery due to difficult weather (heavy snow, rain, etc.) or unavoidable circumstances of the company.
    • Entering the name and contact information of the correct recipient for delivery is mandatory. if delivery is not possible due to incorrect information, no refund will be given. Be sure to check whether the recipient can receive the parcel on the date or time and if there is a storage place for the parcel in the case that you are absent at the time of delivery.
    • When entering the delivery address, you must enter the correct room number (eg, A-Apartment 201, 103). If you enter only the apartment name and room number, the delivery will be difficult and no refund will be given.
    • Delivery to companies, hotel rooms, school classrooms, or celebrity lodgings/company is no available. Even if it is returned, it will be non refundable. When delivering to a hotel, the courier cannot walk to the door due to security concerns. You must wait in the lobby at the scheduled time and be ready to pick up your order.
    • In some areas, additional delivery charges may be required at the site according to the store's policy. As costs vary by region, they cannot be pre-determined or prepaid, and must be paid upon the delivery person's arrival. Since card payments may not be available, it is recommended to prepare cash in advance. (The same applies to gifts, and the recipient must be informed beforehand).

    Delivery Reservation

    • Delivery hours: 14:00–22:00 (KST). Delivery and customer service are unavailable during lunch break (14:00–15:00 KST).
    • Support is available in Chinese, English, and Korean. For other languages, we’ll assist you using a translator.
    • Depending on traffic, your order may arrive within ±30 minutes of your selected time. We kindly ask for your understanding that exact timing may be difficult. Please note that delivery time cannot be changed on the same day.
    • Please check your chat messages frequently starting 1 hour before your selected delivery time. We will send you real-time updates. If you don’t check messages, delete or leave the chat room, your food may not be delivered correctly. Please be sure to stay connected.

    Important Announcement Regarding Contact Method 

    • Until July 25, 2025, deliveries will proceed only if you first contact us via the LINE channel ([email protected]) as before.
    • Starting from July 25, 2025, the LINE channel will no longer be in service. To receive your delivery, you must first contact us after payment by going to [Order History Page] → [Chat Icon at the Bottom Right] → [Live Chat].
    • If you do not contact us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, your delivery will not be made and will be automatically canceled.
