Before procedure

• Please bring your passport for identity verification when visiting the hospital.
• Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• A deposit is required to complete your reservation, and the remaining balance must be paid on-site on the day of your visit.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• A maximum of 5 people can be booked per time slot.
• Please make sure to bring your passport to receive a 7–8% tax refund.
• Cancellations and refunds are available up to 3 days before the reservation date. After that, no refunds will be provided.
• Communication is available in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai.
