- You need to reserve one voucher for each procedure. For example, if you want both nail extensions and gel nails, you need to reserve two vouchers.
- If you change from design art to full color or cancel extensions after booking, a penalty fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged on-site.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time. If you do not arrive on time, you may be considered as a no-show.
- Only book one procedure per reservation. If you want to book at the same time as a friend, please make separate reservations.
- Gel procedures included in the options are basic one-color gels. If you want additional art, book a hand or foot gel nail and pay the difference on-site.
- If you want to change the design or add decorations, any price difference must be paid on-site. Depending on the design or gel removal, the process may take an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Cancelation Policy
- Cancellations up to 3 days: Full Refund
- Cancellations up to 2 days: No Refund
- If you are late more than 10 minutes, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be provided.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, sudden changes or cancellations at the site are non-refundable (e.g., booking hand and foot nail art but only doing hand).
