    Important Notes

    Cancelation Policy

    • Reservation changes and cancellations are possible until 3 days prior to the appointment, after which changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible.
    • If you cancel before the 3-day window, a full refund is possible.

    Things To Keep In Mind

    • Duration: Approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.
    • Available reservation time: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
    • Up to 3 people can be reserved for each time slot.
    • Please arrive at the store at least 15 minutes before the appointment time and wait inside the premises. If you do not arrive on time for your reservation, it may be considered a no-show.
    • When making a reservation, please select only the service for one person. If you want to make a reservation with a friend at the same time, please make separate reservations.
    • The "Art of the Month" design changes every month, so you need to check and decide on the design on-site. If there is an additional cost due to the chosen design, please make the payment at the venue.
    • Once the reservation is confirmed, refunds are not possible for sudden changes or cancellations of services on-site. (e.g., changing from the "Art of the Month" to a basic gel after the reservation, or reserving a nail art for hands and feet but only getting the hands done, etc.)
    • If you wish to change the design or add decorations, any price difference associated with the chosen design must be paid at the venue.
    • Depending on the design or the need for gel removal, an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour may be required.
    • The price for gel removal varies depending on the condition of the nails and must be paid on-site.
    • Reservations should be made at least 3 days in advance.
