    Things To Keep In Mind

    • If you absolutely need an interpreter, we can assist you in changing your reservation to a day when an interpreter is available through email or SNS. Even if you come on a different day, we can provide friendly consultation using translation software interpretation.
    • Please be sure to refrain from drinking and smoking for a week for the best results and a smooth skin regeneration process following the procedure.
    • After the procedure, you may experience a slight breakout, swelling, bruises, or redness temporarily, but they should alleviate after a few days. If not, please contact us at [email protected].
    • To make a reservation, you must pay the deposit beforehand, and payment for the actual procedure will be made on-site with the deposit deducted.
    • English communication is available.
    • You must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance.
    • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
    • If you present your passport, you can receive 7-10% of tax refunds, so please be sure to bring your passport if you wish to receive a tax refund.
    • Up to 4 people can receive procedures in the same reservation time slot.
    • The schedule for February reservations will be announced at the end of January. For those that wish to make appointments in February, please check again at the end of January for the updated schedule.
    • Cancellations and refunds can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled reservation date. Please note that you will not be issued a refund after that.
