    Important Notes

    ​Cancelation Policy

    • Cancellations up to 7 days: Full Refund
    • Cancellations up to 5 days: 50% Refund
    • Cancellations up to 3 days: 30% Refund
    • Cancellations up to 2 days: No Refund
    • If you are late more than 20 minutes, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be provided.
    • Please make sure to shampoo your hair on the day of your appointment. Shampoo services are not available in the salon.
    • If you arrive without shampooing your hair, your hair styling appointment will be automatically canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

    Things To Keep In Mind

    • Only the person with the reservation is allowed entry.
    • If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for every 5 minutes. (e.g., 10,000 KRW for a 15-minute delay)
    • Please refrain from wandering around or observing treatments, as it can disturb other customers.
    • Make sure to shampoo your hair on the day of your appointment, as shampoo services are not available at the salon. 
    • Please wear only light skin lotion on the day of your appointment.
