- Makeup services are by appointment only, and being more than 10 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation.
- Before your visit, please only apply basic cleansing and skincare (including moisturizer).
- Avoid applying any base makeup (foundation, lipstick, eye makeup, etc.) before arriving.
- If you have sensitive skin, let us know in advance so we can use products suited to your skin condition.
- If you’ve booked a hair and makeup service, please do not wear a hat when you arrive.
- If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitive skin, please inform us beforehand.
- If you have plans to go out or attend a photoshoot right after the session, please let us know in advance.
During Your Visit
- The information you provide during booking is important for treatment safety, so please fill out the reservation form accurately.
- Only one person can book per time slot. If you're coming with someone, please make a separate reservation or book the following time slot.
- Treatment duration ranges from 50 to 80 minutes, depending on the service.
- Tax refunds are not available, but you will receive a printed receipt on-site after payment.
- Communication is available through a real-time AI translation.

After Your Visit
- Avoid touching your face right after the procedure.
- When removing makeup later that day, use gentle removers and cleansers to minimize irritation.
- Be extra gentle around sensitive areas like the eyes and lips—avoid rubbing and wipe softly.
- After cleansing, apply soothing and moisturizing skincare generously.
- In rare cases, allergic reactions to makeup products may occur. If itching or rashes persist, remove the makeup immediately and seek consultation.
- If you have sensitive skin, it’s recommended to avoid wearing makeup for 1–2 days after the procedure.
