During Reservation

• Only the person who made the reservation is allowed entry, so please keep this in mind when visiting.  
• As this is a one-person shop, even if two people book together, services will be done one at a time, not simultaneously.  
• If you have a specific style in mind, please make sure to fill out the request section on the reservation page accurately.  Full payment is required at the time of booking to complete your reservation.  
• Please arrive at the shop 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.  
• If you are late, we won’t be able to proceed with the hair or makeup service, even if you've paid. Rushing the service could impact your satisfaction.

During Your Visit

• Sometimes customers have trouble finding the shop, so we wait outside before your scheduled time to greet you.
• If you switch to an upstyle during hairstyling, there will be an additional charge (to be paid on-site).
• Any extra charges for styling will need to be settled on-site.
• When visiting the shop, please avoid wearing heavy creams or sunscreen on your face, and ensure your hair is dry without using treatment or essence products.
• If you have eyelash extensions or a lash perm, it may affect how well your lashes can be styled.
