Please note that this is a point-refund system. If your reservation fails, the paid amount will be refunded in points and not through the original payment method (Orders from non-members and online coupon use are not applicable). Once you proceed with the reservation, it implies your agreement to strict monitoring to prevent any misuse. If any inappropriate behavior is detected, we reserve the right to confiscate all your points and prohibit your future access to related services.
The payment (handling fee) is the fee paid to Trenvl, not a deposit for restaurant reservations. The cost of meals and expenses on the day cannot be offset and must be fully paid by the customer.
⚠️ Jinmi Sikdang can accommodate reservations for up to 8 adults. Please make a reservation according to the correct number of people! If the number of people is selected incorrectly, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
Please make sure to provide a valid email address when applying for a reservation! If there are any additional requests or confirmation issues, we will contact you via email.
If the restaurant does not accept reservations, please consider using Trenvl’s delivery service.
