1. Peak Season: (May 1-31, October 1-31) Group discounts do not apply during peak season.
2. For disabled group/event reservations, a flat 20% discount applies when submitting related documents (official letter, disability certificate, etc.).
3. Cash receipt issuance is mandatory (if cash receipt issuance is refused, discount will not apply).
4. All discounts are applied only when proof is verified on-site after reservation and before ticket issuance. Discounts are not available without proof. (No exceptions)
Important Notes
For amounts excluding handling fees upon cancellation:
- Same-day booking cancellation: If cancelled by 23:59 on the day of booking completion, 100% refund regardless of departure date
- 3 days before departure: 100% refund
- 2 days before departure: Refund after deducting 20% of total amount
- 1 day before departure: Refund after deducting 30% of total amount
- On departure day, 1 hour before departure time: Refund after deducting 50% of payment amount; no refund for cancellations made after this time
- No-show or late arrival: No refund for no-show or failure to arrive within boarding time on departure day without prior notice
- Date changes: Date changes are not possible
- Partial cancellations: Partial cancellations are available through online reservation system or phone consultation
- Weather conditions: Refund policy applies equally even in rainy weather

- May, October: 09:00 - 18:30 (10 rides per day)
- November - February: 09:00 - 16:30 (8 rides per day)
- Break time: 12:10 - 13:00
- Operating days: Open year-round
