Please note that the following information may be added or changed depending on the situation of the performance. Be sure to review the performance guidelines again before attending to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage during the show.
Performance
- This ticket is for foreigners only. You must bring your reservation details and physical ID when picking up your ticket.
- This ticket is for a standing area near the stage with no assigned seats.
- Entry order is randomly assigned, not on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check your entry order when you receive your ticket on the day of the event.
- You must exchange your ticket for a physical ticket at the venue.
- When picking up your ticket at the venue, you must present both your reservation details and a valid physical ID for every member of your party, including the reservation holder. (Copies or photos of IDs are not accepted.) If either is missing or the information does not match, you cannot receive your ticket or get a refund under any circumstances.
- Network connections at the venue may be unstable, so please capture a screenshot or print out your reservation details in advance.
- If it is discovered that you purchased your ticket by illegal means, your reservation will be forcibly canceled.
- You are responsible for any lost or damaged tickets. Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, and you cannot enter without the physical ticket.
- After the entrance closing time, you may not be allowed to enter or your seat may be changed.
- Re-entry is not allowed after you enter once.
- For safety reasons, no food or drinks except water are allowed inside the venue.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue.
- Please note that you may be denied entry if you bring ladders, tripods, or large cameras for filming. Please be especially careful about this.
- Photography, video recording, audio recording, and all live streaming or copyright-infringing activities are strictly prohibited during the performance.
- All recording or photography equipment except cell phones is strictly prohibited inside the venue. If found, recorded material will be deleted and you will be forced to leave. (After leaving, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.)
- Baggage (bag) size allowed: limited to 30cm x 30cm. Suitcases or large bags are not allowed; only small personal bags are permitted.
- Please be aware that there may be visual and auditory stimulation due to special effects, sound, lighting, lasers, etc. during the performance.
- If you engage in disorderly conduct or behavior that disturbs others, you may be denied entry or forcibly removed.
- The awards ceremony will be broadcast through certain media channels. Interpark Global and the media channels have the right to use footage of you taken at the venue, including your appearance, for promotional purposes in videos, print, outdoor digital signage, web/mobile channels, etc.
- The event time and lineup are subject to change without prior notice depending on the organizer or performers.
- No refunds will be given due to changes in event time or lineup.
- The event will proceed as scheduled even in case of rain.
- The organizers/hosts are not responsible for any incidents, accidents, or thefts between audience members.
- If any changes occur in your personal information, you must notify minegallery@minegallery.co.kr before noon on June 18. No changes can be made after that.

Shuttle
- The shuttle fare is included in the package price. The fare is non-refundable even if you do not use the shuttle.
- Accompanying guests who have not purchased the package are not allowed to board.
- You cannot board the shuttle outside of your reserved time.
- If you are not using the shuttle departing from Seoul, please inquire at the on-site ticket booth for guidance.
- The shuttle returning from the venue (arena) may be different from the vehicle you took from Seoul. Please make sure to take all your personal belongings with you when you get off.
- You cannot store personal items on the shuttle. We are not responsible for any lost items.
- The shuttle departure location and time may change depending on reservation status.
