- This event is 100% reservation-only; no on-site ticket sales are available.
- You may only attend on the date and time selected during booking; changes are not allowed.
- This event is for foreigners only. If a Korean citizen purchases a ticket, it may be canceled without notice. Koreans cannot participate or enter with foreign guests. Only those with a foreign passport may enter.
- Korean nationals with foreign permanent residency or citizenship must present both proof of residency/citizenship and a passport at the venue. Entry eligibility will be determined by on-site staff from the [National Heritage Promotion Agency], not Creatrip. Creatrip is not responsible if entry is denied.
- Participants are only allowed access to areas included in the Starlight Tour (Oesojubang and the northern section). To explore the rest of Gyeongbokgung Palace, a separate daytime admission ticket must be purchased.
- The Doseok Surasang meal served at the event includes the standard royal menu. Please check ingredients in advance for potential allergens. If you prefer a vegetarian meal, indicate this in the required information section during booking.
- If you have any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests (e.g., vegan), please include them when booking and inform the on-site staff.
- Tickets cannot be purchased or used on the same day.
- A maximum of 2 tickets per person is allowed. Orders of more than 2 may be canceled entirely. Tickets are non-transferable.
- Please enter the correct information for both the reservation holder and accompanying guest. If information does not match or the booking is deemed invalid, entry will be denied without a refund.
- Any fraudulent activity or ticket scalping may result in cancellation or restriction of use without prior notice.

Visit
- Check-in for this event begins 20 minutes before the start time. Please present your Creatrip reservation and valid ID (e.g., passport) for both the reservation holder and accompanying guest at the check-in location.
- Only those aged 7 and older (born before 2018) may participate. Children and teens (born 2007–2018) must be accompanied by an adult (each person must have their own ticket). Children under 7 cannot join due to safety reasons.
- Late arrivals may not be allowed entry.
- Seats are assigned in the order of arrival.
- The experience includes a meal and night tour lasting 110 minutes. Since it involves indoor and outdoor walking, please wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket.
- In case of severe weather or unavoidable circumstances, the schedule may change or be canceled. Cancellations will be fully refunded.
- The final decision on event cancellation will be made based on the 11 AM forecast by the Korea Meteorological Administration on the day of the event. If more than 5mm of rain is forecast and the event is canceled, you will be notified via email and receive a full refund. Be sure to enter your email address correctly to receive updates.
- If the event proceeds in the rain, some areas may be restricted for safety reasons.
- The organizers are not responsible for any accidents or loss of personal belongings due to individual carelessness.
- Pets are not allowed at the event.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the palace grounds.
- As a protected cultural heritage site, food, tripods, flash photography, and other potentially harmful items are not allowed inside.
- The event may be photographed or filmed for media or broadcasting without prior notice. Photos and videos taken may be used by the National Heritage Promotion Agency for promotional, research, or publication purposes.
- Some areas of the tour route have high thresholds and uneven stone paths, which may limit wheelchair access. If you use a wheelchair or have mobility concerns, please contact minegallery@minegallery.co.kr in advance.
