Before your visit

This event is exclusively for foreigners. If purchased by a Korean national, the ticket may be canceled without notice, and Koreans are not allowed to participate in the event. (Koreans cannot enter even if accompanied by a foreigner; only those holding a foreign passport can enter.)
Korean nationals with foreign permanent residency or citizenship must present proof of residency/citizenship along with their passport at the event to participate. On-site staff from the [National Heritage Promotion Agency] will verify the documents and inform you of your eligibility for entry. [Trenvl] cannot determine entry eligibility, and if entry is denied, [Trenvl] is not responsible.
Tickets cannot be purchased or used on the same day.
Each person can book up to 4 tickets. Purchasing more than 4 tickets may result in the entire order being canceled. Reserved tickets cannot be transferred to others.
This event is automatically confirmed upon reservation. However, if the number of tickets purchased does not match the number of people entered, the reservation may be canceled even after confirmation.
Please enter the information of the reserver and their companions when booking. If the information of the reserver and companions is different on-site, or if the reservation was made fraudulently, the reservation will be invalid, and no refund will be provided if discovered.
If tickets are purchased using fraudulent methods or for the purpose of reselling, the reservation may be canceled, and the use of the tickets may be restricted without prior notice.

During your visit

Please be sure to wait at the on-site reception area (Information Desk in front of Gyeongbokgung's Sinmumun Gate) at least 30 minutes before the performance. Admission will begin after confirming your reservation details at the reception area. Please present your Creatrip reservation details.
Only children aged 7 and above are allowed to attend. (Children under 7 are not permitted for safety reasons)
This event includes the Gyeongbokgung admission fee. Only the performance area of Gyeongbokgung is accessible, and entry to the palace’s night opening area is not allowed.
Seats for Creatrip reservation customers are in [Section B]. Tickets will be distributed starting from the front rows according to the order of entry on the day of the event.
The Sinmumun Gate, where the on-site reception area is located, is situated inside Gyeongbokgung Palace and may take several minutes on foot to reach. Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes before the event begins.
This event includes admission to Gyeongbokgung Palace. You can only visit the areas of Gyeongbokgung within the performance zone, and entry to the night opening areas of Gyeongbokgung Palace is not allowed.
This is a concert without any explanations or commentary. (English explanations are not provided.)
The event is open to attendees aged 7 and above. (Children under 7 are not allowed to attend for safety reasons.)
Please note that if you arrive late, your entry may be restricted.
Seats reserved for Creatrip customers are in [Section B]. Tickets will be distributed starting from the front rows based on the order of arrival on the day of the event.
Chairs will be placed on flat ground without any elevation, and due to the nature of the venue (the courtyard in front of Jibokjae at Gyeongbokgung), the ground may be uneven.
In the case of severe weather or other unavoidable circumstances, the event time may be changed, and if the event is canceled, a full refund will be provided.
The decision to proceed with the event will be made based on the weather forecast from the Korea Meteorological Administration at 1 PM on the day of the event. If rain is forecasted, the performance may be canceled, and if so, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund. Please ensure you provide an accurate email address, as we cannot send notifications to incorrect addresses.
We are not responsible for accidents or loss of personal belongings due to personal negligence.
As this is a cultural heritage protection area, the entry of food, flammable materials, and recreational equipment is restricted.
Pets are not allowed to participate in the event.
All areas within the palace are non-smoking zones.
All photography, including video recording and audio recording, is prohibited during the performance. After the performance ends, you may take photos and videos during the curtain call, provided you do not use a tripod or flash.
Please note that there may be media coverage and broadcasting on the day of the event, and filming may occur without prior notice.
Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional, research, and publication purposes by the National Heritage Promotion Agency.

In case of rain

If the weather forecast at 1:00 PM on the event day predicts rain, the performance may be canceled. In that case, individual notifications will be sent to ticket holders. Please make sure to provide an accurate email address, as incorrect emails may prevent you from receiving the notice.
The event time may be changed due to severe weather or unavoidable circumstances, and a full refund will be issued if the performance is canceled.
