    Introduction to Kunsan National University Korean Language Course

    The Korean Language Course is a year-round program operated by Kunsan National University’s Institute of International Affairs & Language Education. It is designed to improve Korean proficiency and practical communication skills through systematic Korean language education, while also strengthening learners’ overall understanding of Korean culture and daily life. The program is organized into level-based classes from Level 1 to Level 6, allowing students to study at the most suitable stage for their current proficiency.

    Classes are divided from Level 1 to Level 6 based on Korean proficiency. Learners can select and study at the level that best matches their skills.

    Four Semesters per Year

    The program runs in four semesters each year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). Each semester lasts 10 weeks and includes a total of 200 instructional hours.

    Structured Class Schedule

    Classes are held 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 4 hours per day. Morning classes run from 09:00 to 13:00. An evening class may be offered depending on circumstances.

    Skill-focused Curriculum + TOPIK Support

    The curriculum covers Korean Reading & Writing, Speaking & Listening, and Korean Grammar. TOPIK preparation is provided for intermediate-level classes and above.
