• The reservation status is'Pending' and there are more than 3 days left from the visit dateonly then cancellation and refund requests are possible.
• The reservation status is'Confirmed' or 'Used'in this case, the order has already been processed, so cancellation is possible butrefunds are not possible.
• Refunds are issued as points, and direct refunds to the payment method are not supported, we ask for your understanding.
